Ever wonder if variables such as cooking methods, sauces and garnishes might inspire you to switch it up from the usual red wine with meat? We’ll combine flights of several different styles of wine from all over the world and in every price range with dozens of flavor experiences, starting with the basics and working our way up to sauces, cheeses and sweets in this delicious, enlightening and memorable dining workshop.
