We end the day with a Family Style Dinner and Reception

• The Chilean Coastline: A deep dive into the coastal cuisine of Chile.

• Empanada and humitas: Chef Diego Biondi will take a close look at the traditional Argentinian empanada and humita, the techniques, and how the U.S. operators can integrate these flavors into their menus.
