This interactive class takes you around the globe to explore how sparkling wine is made, what grapes make each one so special, and keys to enjoying your spritz—glassware, temperature, aging, service, and food pairing—all without having to break the bank. Brut, Extra Dry, Rosé, Cava, Prosecco, and Champagne…we’ll do a blind taste of them all, and let you decide which ones you like best.
