In this four-day course, you will discover ways to apply sound nutritional principles to the foods you prepare, examine alternative seasoning and flavoring techniques that allow you to cut the fat content of your dishes, and plan a menu that emphasizes nutrition through a variety of foods.
As a CIA Techniques of Healthy Cooking Boot Camp participant, you’ll receive two chef’s uniforms, each with a jacket, pants, and a neckerchief. Paper chef’s hats, side towels, and aprons will be provided in class.
