In this class, we’ll uncover the mysteries of artisan bread baking and show you how to prepare a perfect loaf in your kitchen. We’ll review flours and yeast products, preferred equipment, and professional techniques, including proper mixing methods, gluten development, and the 12 steps of bread making. You will then get down to business, preparing and sampling a variety of delicious breads. As a participant in this class, you will receive a CIA logo apron to take home.
