You’ll learn all about the iconic ingredients, cooking techniques, and dishes that the country is known for, as you prepare mouthwatering creations like hazelnut-crusted halibut with spicy Romesco and aioli, chorizo-stuffed mushrooms, or classic paella with vegetables.
