The CIA will host "Alain Ducasse Contemporary Cuisine and Modern Presentation", Day One: Demonstrations in the CIA EcoLab Theatre performed by an ADF chef. Participants will discover the proper techniques for preparing the finest dishes inspired by the Alain Ducasse gastronomic restaurants. Price $350 per person.
