The CIA’s Exceptional In-Flight Service training program will help you take your culinary and customer service skills to a new altitude. In this three-day course, you will explore:
- The nine principles of remarkable table service
- Wine service, pairing, and tasting
- Knife skills and hands-on cooking
- Plate and platter presentation
- Specialty topics such as preparing meals using a microwave, holding and reheating foods, and guest/passenger relations
As a participant of Exceptional In-Flight Service, you will also take a food-shopping excursion and dine in a CIA restaurant, getting the chance to observe the gold standard in food and service in action.
