Food Safety Seminar and ServSafe® Certification Exam

This course is a must-have for foodservice professionals preparing for any CIA ProChef®, ACF, or other professional culinary or baking and pastry certification. Taught as a half-day class set over four mornings, the program is ideal for busy professionals living in jurisdictions throughout the nation that require 16 hours of food safety instruction.
