Schramsberg Vineyards offers a unique hands-on learning experience that enables you to see, feel, and taste the entire sparkling wine cycle, from the vineyard to the table. • Pair food and sparkling wine at the Greystone campus.
  • Create your own special sparkling wine through the process of disgorging, choosing your own dosage, corking, and labeling.
  • Taste a vertical selection of finished Schramsberg wines.
  • Learn through guided tastings how foods can complement and contrast wine flavors.
  • Participate in a team sparkling wine menu creation contest and judging.
  • Learn how to saber a bottle of sparkling wine.
