Spring in the Hudson Valley (Hyde Park, NY)

Farm-fresh produce…bountiful meat, fish, and dairy…outstanding wines…they’re all available right in the CIA’s own Hudson Valley backyard. Come experience springtime in this food lover’s paradise! You’ll sample seasonal products harvested and crafted by local purveyors, practice cooking techniques that best showcase the Valley’s regional ingredients, and use local products to create an assortment of flavorful dishes, from classic to innovative.

As a participant in this class, you will receive a CIA logo apron and a copy of an award-winning CIA cookbook to take home.
