From classic dishes like roast turkey breast with gravy to non-traditional items such as sautéed duck breast with Pinot Noir sauce, you’ll learn to create mouthwatering appetizers, sides, entrées, and desserts. Along the way, you’ll discover professional techniques for carving meats, making home-style pan gravy, and presenting food that is as attractive as it is flavorful.
As a participant in this class, you will receive a CIA logo apron and a copy of a CIA cookbook to take home.
