Come see whats cooking at the CIA! In this exciting culinary demonstration, you will watch our chef-instructor prepare a variety of Brazilian Carnival foods. Youll not only learn new culinary techniques and sample each of the delicious items prepared, you will also receive a copy of the recipes to take home. Our menu of the day features Barreado from the region of Parana, Moqueca de Peixe claypot fish stew from Bahia, and a gluten- free, fragrant bread called Pćo de Queijo from Southern Brazil.
