This amazing program offers an accelerated, comprehensive lesson in the culinary arts that gives you the confidence and dexterity to shine.

Come to the CIA, and release your inner chef! Youíll explore the fundamentals of the culinary arts as you work in our kitchens studying basic cooking methods, learning knife skills, and enjoying culinary discussions with our renowned chef-instructors.

When you enroll in CIA Skill Development Boot Camp, we will supply you with a chefís uniform, which includes a jacket, pants, and a neckerchief. Paper chefís hats, side towels, and aprons will be provided in class.
