Chocolate! Everyone loves it, and some even claim to be addicted to it. Who can blame them? It’s good stuff. In this hands-on class designed especially for die-hard chocoholics, you’ll learn how to prepare impressive, and incredibly delicious, chocolates at home. Whether your weakness is white, milk, or dark chocolate, you’ll prepare a selection of confections using the finest ingredients. You will also discuss equipment information, packaging and storage practices, and important tips for chocolate-making success. At the end of class, you’ll sample your handmade creations and take home the rest to share with family and friends.

As a participant in this class, you will receive a CIA logo apron and a copy of an award-winning CIA cookbook to take home.
