In this stimulating three-day course, you will discover the rich history, classic preparation techniques, and flavor profiles of authentic Mexican specialties. Be prepared for a flavor-packed journey as you:
  • Unravel the mystery of traditional cooking from the heart of Mexico: Puebla and Oaxaca.
  • Identify, taste, and learn about different chiles and study their many uses.
  • Prepare and sample unique, complex dishes from Central (Puebla) and Southern (Oaxaca) Mexico using indigenous ingredients.

As a participant of Mexican Boot Camp: Puebla and Oaxaca, you will receive a chef’s uniform, which includes a jacket, pants, and neckerchief. Paper chef’s hats, side towels, and aprons will be provided in class.
