In this enjoyable class, you’ll learn the secrets of the decorating process, from assembling the cake to adding the finishing touches. You’ll start with simple step-by-step lessons in cutting, filling, and icing, and finish by making your very own cake creation. Along the way, you’ll learn how to prepare icing, use food coloring, and make basic leaves, flowers, and borders. By the end of class, you will have covered everything you need to know to create unique cakes for all your special occasions.

As a participant in this class, you will receive a CIA logo apron and a copy of an award-winning CIA cookbook to take home.
