Join the chefs from the world's premier culinary college, The Culinary Institute of America as they host cooking demonstrations featuring recipes from our Vegetables cookbook.

During the two-hour Vegetables: What to Produce with Your Produce demo you will not only learn new techniques, you'll sample each of the delicious items prepared.

Take advantage of the bountiful items this year’s harvest is sure to bring. Come join us as we discover what’s at the peak of season. Tastings include: stuffed cherry tomatoes with minted barley cucumber salad; spinach and arugula salad with strawberries; asparagus with shiitakes, bowtie pasta, and spring peas; zucchini squash with tomatoes and andouille; and creamed Swiss chard with prosciutto.
