So, you want to learn to cook? I mean really cook
Cook at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, where our chef-instructors
will share their secrets in a wide variety of programs for food enthusiasts and
anyone contemplating a career change to the foodservice industry.
All courses are held in the kitchens, bakeshops, and dining rooms of our beautiful
Hudson Valley campus in Hyde Park, NY or at the CIA at Greystone, our branch campus
in the splendor of the Napa Valley wine country in St. Helena, CA.
From ages eight to eighty, we have a course that will suit your culinary background
and experience. Sit back and relax and enjoy one of our demonstration courses, work
side-by-side with our chef instructors in hands-on courses, or enroll in one of

Programs for Kids: Do you have a budding Culinarian in "the house"?
Kids always want to help in the kitchen, so take your child's passion for food

chefs will learn basic cooking skills which they can apply to various treats and
